<p>I have been in the real estate business since 1978. I am co-owner of RE/MAX Properties along with my brother, Rick. As a non listing or selling manager, I devote 100% of my time to the needs of our associates. I also handle all of the marketing and IT related issues of the company and share in the responsibilities of sales management and recruiting. </p>

<p>From 1999 to 2005, I served as a director of the Northern New England Real Estate Network (our statewide MLS) as well as a director of the New Hampshire Association of Realtors. In 2006, I served as President of the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors and was honored as the board's Realtor of the Year in 2007.</p>

<p>I am aways available to speak with agents and clients about any issue related to our company or the real estate industry as a whole.</p>
